Discover the best sights of Marbella, Benalmádena and Fuengirola on the sunny Costa del Sol. Stroll through the historic center of Marbella, enjoy luxury in Puerto Banús and explore the atmospheric streets.

In Benalmádena, admire the unique architecture of Colomares Castle and the lively Puerto Marina. Fuengirola offers plenty of relaxation with the historic Castillo Sohail, the popular Bioparc Fuengirola and a lively promenade.

Tip

Marbella, Benalmádena and Fuengirola are close together, making it easy to combine them during one Costa del Sol vacation.

Nature & outdoor activities

Nature lovers will enjoy the mountains surrounding Mijas. The Sierra de Mijas nature reserve offers beautiful hiking trails with impressive views. The coastline is also perfect for beach walks and water sports.

For a unique experience, we recommend a trip to El Caminito del Rey – a spectacular hiking trail along steep cliffs.

Sightseeing

In addition to nature and culture, Mijas has several iconic spots. Think of the historic chapel Ermita de la Virgen de la Peña, carved into the rocks, and the cozy central square Plaza de la Constitución. In the square, we always get our favorite ice cream at La Abuela, delicious!

Along the coast you will find La Cala de Mijas, an attractive resort with fine beaches, restaurants and a relaxed atmosphere.
